Bio: Ravenné M. Gillett grew up in Essex County, New Jersey. She attended elementary school and high school in Newark and then went on to earn her Bachelors in Business Administration from Emory University. While at Emory, she attended Goizueta Business School where she successfully completed a concentration in Strategy and Management Consulting while leading Goizeuta Multicultural Organization. While president of this students led organization, she partnered with the school's Dean of Diversity and Human Resources to develop innovative programming to reach all students. She also created partnership between the the bachelors in business administration and masters in buisness administration students through a series of mixers and informational engagements that gave BBAs an opportunity to network with MBAs as to learn about different career paths in business. Upon graduation, Ravenné went on work in the nonprofit sector where she coupled her knack for systems building with her desire to be a socially impactful. A year and half ago, Ravenné took her technical and grassroots background into the Real Estate space where she launched her own consulting enterprise, RMG Innovative Solutions, where she began consulting for developers in carrying out affordable housing projects. To date Ravenné has worked in Newark and Philadelphia markets where she continues to bridge the gap between affordable housing projects and investors. Ravenné joined Keller Williams in March 2020 in order to leverage her relationships as a connecter of buyers and sellers for urban renewal projects. Ravenné is an avid reader, lover of fashion design and researcher of just about anything. Her love for urban cities like Newark, has inspired her to become a resource for buyers and sellers of all kinds, especially those wanting to embark on mixed income projects.
