Bio: Born and raised in South Orange, Zach is attuned to the characteristics of the various neighborhoods in South Orange, Maplewood, and the surrounding communities. Paying close attention to his clients needs, he focuses on building relationships while guiding his clients towards their real estate objectives of buying, selling, or renting. Before coming to work at Keller Williams Midtown Direct, Zach earned his BSBA in Finance from Boston University. He later went to work in NYC Real Estate at both a tech brokerage, LG Fairmont Group, with rentals and later at Douglas Elliman Real Estate on a top performing sales team. He was licensed with another local brokerage in 2017 where he helped his family ‘downsize' from their South Orange home of 27 years. During this time he grew to appreciate the nuances and emotional process associated with downsizing a home of many years. He then concluded a 2-year run in Financial Services before returning to real estate full-time. "I kept following the local real estate markets even while I was at work.
